This video is for moms who are looking forward to begin the breastfeeding and pumping journey. I will review 4 best breast pumps sharing all the pros and cons of each pump.
1. Spectra S1 – Loved by moms and lactation consultants worldwide, the Spectra S1Plus breast pump is designed to bring confidence and comfort to every moment of the breastfeeding journey. It is my favourite pump. I have used this pump since I began pumping.
I keep this pump in my bedroom on the night stand. It has several different speeds and has a massage mode. It is very quiet and will not wake the sleeping baby.
2. The Elvie Double Electric Breast Pump is designed to fit seamlessly into your modern life. The wire and tube-free pump is lightweight and compact. It features a carrying case, mainly electric, and can come in its single or double form.
I like the Elvie breast pump because it is hands-free and very quiet. However, the suction of the pump does not pull a lot of milk from the breast. This pump is more costly than the other breast pumps. It’s a great pump for on the go moms.
3. Medela Breast Pump 2 – an excellent pump. I have been using this pump since I started breastfeeding and pumping. The suction is amazing with different speeds. There is also a wonderful travel bag, along with the battery pack for on the go pump.
One of the cons for the Medela pump is the sound. Sometimes, it might wake the baby or just be annoying while pumping.
However, you can find all the parts to this pump at your local Walmart or target store.
4. The Motif Duo Double Electric Breast Pump – it is an average pump but very quiet. It has 10 different speeds. The suction is minimal but this pump can be great for the work place as it is very small and easy to travel with.
It features a Digital display with LCD screen, timer, backlight, and memory button.
Therefore, these 4 great breast pumps will be very handy during your breastfeeding and pumping journey.
